6. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation of an order within a maximum period of 24 hours from order confirmation, provided the order has not been dispatched.
• Once this period has passed or the order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation will no longer be available.
• In such cases, customers may apply for a return after receiving the order in accordance with the store’s return process.
• Requests submitted within the permitted timeframe will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

After receiving the order, customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, must not have been used, damaged, or assembled, must include all original accessories and packaging, and must be accompanied by the relevant order information.
• Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during transport may not be accepted in accordance with Sections 54 to 59 of the Australian Consumer Law regarding acceptable quality.

To ensure efficient handling, our shop does not provide direct exchanges.

After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
