1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders placed through the website and delivered within Australia.

This policy sets out the conditions and procedures for order cancellation prior to dispatch in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 Australian Consumer Law, which regulates consumer rights in relation to transactions and refunds.

2. Cancellation Conditions

• Customers may request cancellation of an order within a maximum period of 24 hours from order confirmation, provided the order has not been dispatched.
• Once this period has passed or the order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation will no longer be available.
• In such cases, customers may apply for a return after receiving the order in accordance with the store’s return process.
• Requests submitted within the permitted timeframe will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, the customer must contact our shop via email or telephone and provide the order number and purchase date.

A cancellation request is only considered valid once written confirmation has been issued by our shop.

If the order is still in the preparation stage, it will be cancelled and the refund process will be initiated.

4. Refunds

Once cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, in accordance with Section 36 of the Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
