1. General Introduction

This policy is designed to ensure a clear and structured process for returns and exchanges in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumer guarantees for goods.

Our shop handles each order with care and transparency while respecting consumer rights under Australian law.

After receiving the order, customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, must not have been used, damaged, or assembled, must include all original accessories and packaging, and must be accompanied by the relevant order information.

Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during transport may not be accepted in accordance with Sections 54 to 59 of the Australian Consumer Law regarding acceptable quality.

A return shipping label is included inside the package, and the customer receives it together with the order.

3. Product Replacement

To ensure efficient handling, our shop does not provide direct exchanges.

• If a customer wishes to obtain a different product, the customer must return the received item and place a new order through the website.
• Each returned item will be individually inspected before acceptance.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our shop and provide the order number, follow the instructions provided, use the return shipping label included in the package, and pack the product securely before sending it.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the appropriate process will be initiated.

5. Costs and Responsibilities

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except where the return is due to an error in order preparation, a defective product, or damage during transportation.

Responsibility for the returned goods remains with the customer until they are received by our shop.

It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service.

6. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with Section 36 of the Australian Consumer Law.
• The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
